The Executive Chef Roman Paulus prepared special menu featuring game specialty such a Pheasant consommé with stuffed morel mushrooms baked with puff pastry, Braised Leg of venison with creamy cranberry sauce and selection of bohemian dumplings, Wild boar ragout with rose hip sauce as well as Cream of pumpkin soup with ginger and orange, and much more.
