Over the past years David Cantor has developed a largely independent practice and worked for a number of major international clients and multinationals worldwide. For seven years he was a partner of the EU telecommunications law practice group of Weil, Gotshal & Manges. Currently based in Brussels, he counsels Kinstellar’s top international clients in the field of telecommunications and related areas on matters ranging from pioneering regulatory and antitrust cases to substantial M&A and national privatisation transactions.
He has at various turns been designated “top of the league” among law practitioners in Europe and is a member of California and New Jersey bars. David is fluent in English and French and has been conversant with Russian.
