In Prague 9th of September, 2008 – a Prague’s branch of a well established personnel and consultancy agency Synergie celebrates the 15th anniversary of its foundation in September of this year. Synergie announces this especially to its new clients and candidates because the existing ones are certainly aware of Synergie’s gradual advancement on the Czech market due to its wider range and higher quality of services and also due to a professional approach of Synergie’s specialized consultants.
The Synergie company, s.r.o. was founded in 1993 and it entrenched quickly on the Czech market. Synergie’s approach was to follow a path of close specialization and high expertness and professionalism of its consultants. These consultants have to be able to adapt to the always changing requirements of their clients and to adjust the particular sources of candidates accordingly. Synergie extended its business and operation to the Slovak market in 1999. In 2002 Synergie exploited a new trend and established an affiliated society Synergie Temporary Help, Ltd., thanks to rich experience of the French Synergie. This way it also added outsourcing and mediation of employment for a transient period to its portfolio of services.
Nowadays, the Prague’s branch office of Synergie employs 25 consultants who focus on and educate themselves in teams in fields such as Finance & Banking, Manufacturing & Logistics, Business & Marketing, IT & Telecommunications and HR & Administration. A special team of consultants was created for area of temporary jobs and outsourcing. Synergie is focusing primarily on casting candidates to a middle and top management positions in those fields (with the exception of the latter).
“However, we are aware of candidates’ demand for a quality employment abroad and therefore we newly offer the opportunity to apply for a job outside of the Czech Republic, especially in the countries where branch offices of Synergie are located,” adds Serge Dupaux, Managing director for Czech& Slovak Republic.
Synergie does not only trace the professional suitability of recommended candidates but also reviews the candidate’s suitability for a particular company’s culture. Moreover, Synergie evaluates candidate’s personal characteristics with regards to his/her future work position. Synergie disposes of a database covering thousands of CVs; therefore it does not lack a range of suitable candidates even during the slight ups and downs of the job market.
The same way Synergie becomes a guide for candidates throughout their career development, it also always tries to be their partner. On that ground, Synergie extended its selection of standard personal services into other HR fields like Executive Search, HR Consulting, Outplacement, Assessment and Development centers, Personnel audits, Comparison of wage levels, Survey of employees’ satisfaction, Psycho-diagnostics and already mentioned Outsourcing.
During the period of its existence, Synergie became a proud member of several specialist organizations and associations. Among others they include the Czech federation for Human Resources Development and American Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic.
“Into the future, we are focusing on support of the career development of our candidates and that is possible mainly due to a high number of information and their expertness on www.syn.cz. Besides the current up-to-date positions the web pages will soon offer specific columns assisting the candidates with preparation for their career development and also with their orientation on the Czech job market,” outlines the future visions of the agency Serge Dupaux. “We will provide these information also in English language due to a high number of foreign candidates,” adds Dupaux.
“Synergie thanks this way to its clients and also to its last but not least consultants who because of their expertness and healthy intuition are able to satisfy the requirements of the job market in the Czech Republic, “appreciates Serge Dupaux.
