Hilton Hotels in Prague are proud to announce that the Annual International Christmas Bazaar organized by the The Diplomatic Spouses’ Association, o.s. (DSA) will be held with the support of the Hilton Hotels in Prague in the Congress Hall of Hilton Prague on Sunday, December 13th, from 10:00 to 17:00. The First Lady of the Czech Republic, Mrs. Livia Klausova who is the patron of this event will open this year’s Bazaar.
The International Christmas Bazaar is one of the most important charity events in the country involving the international and diplomatic communities from around fifty foreign embassies and diplomatic missions in Prague. The main purpose of the Bazaar is to raise funds to assist humanitarian organizations in the Czech Republic. Last year DSA donated almost five million CZK to thirty charities in Prague and around the country.
Visitors have the opportunity to taste ethnic foods and purchase a fantastic selection of products that include wines, food specialities, clothing, handicrafts and other unique items and works of art.
The entrance tickets cost just 50 CZK and they also allow visitors to participate in a raffle of exclusive gifts that include trips, hotel stays, restaurants and many items worth minimum 3,000 CZK or higher. Tickets are available for sale at the Concierge of the Hilton Prague.
The International Christmas Bazaar 2009 is a wonderful part of the Holiday Season and a great opportunity to take you and your family shopping around the world in one day.
