ČESKY: Společnost Aquamarine Spa podepsala nájemní smlouvu na showroom v budově Prague Gate
Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the signing of yet another office deal in Chodov, raising the proportion of deals closed in the location of Prague 4 in 2009 to 29%. The company Aquamarine Spa, specialists in whirlpools and saunas, has decided to open their new luxury showroom on the ground floor of Prague Gate, occupying 492 sq m.
Klára Bannatyne, Senior Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle comments: “Aside from the easy access from the D1 highway and excellent visibility from this major motorway, Aquamarine was drawn to the convenient and efficient lay-out of the space that Prague Gate has to offer. In addition to this, the building’s favourable quality for price ratio was the main decision-making factor for relocating into the project. This transaction supports the overall take-up figures of 2009, according to which almost 29% (that is 70,728 sq m) of all signed deals took place within the area of Prague 4.”
Prague Gate, a project by the experienced developer Mayfield, is an “A” class building, offering over 12,000 sq m of flexible office space with competitive prices. Furthermore, tenants can benefit from a canteen on the ground floor and sufficient parking possibilities.
