New Senior Managers at KPMG Czech Republic: Petr Potomský and Daniel Szmaragowski

Petr Potomský and Daniel Szmaragowski have been appointed as Senior Managers in the company’s Tax Services department.
Petr Potomský joined KPMG Czech Republic in 2002 and was promoted to Manager in 2006. He specialises in advisory services related to income tax and VAT for manufacturing and consumer market companies, and also deals with tax issues for financial institutions. In his new post, he will concentrate on further development of tax advisory services provided to the clients of the company’s Brno and Ostrava offices.
Petr Potomský graduated from the Brno University of Technology in 2000. He is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic.
Petr Potomský prefers to spend his free time with his family and likes travelling.
Daniel Szmaragowski joined KPMG Czech Republic in 2000 and was promoted to Manager in 2006. He provides advisory services regarding corporate tax to large and medium-sized manufacturing companies in the automotive and engineering industry and in the electronics and telecommunications sector. He has broad experience with advisory services related to investment incentives.
Daniel Szmaragowski graduated from the University of Economics in Prague in 2000. He is a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisers of the Czech Republic.
Daniel Szmaragowski’s free time is devoted to his family and to skiing.
