Jones Lang LaSalle secures largest office transaction in the city centre for 2009
Společnost Bohemia Energy obsadila téměř celou budovu B Paláce Archa
Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the moving of Bohemia Energy Entity s.r.o., the electricity and gas provider, into Orco’s Palác Archa. The company signed for a total of 2,170 sq m.
Marta Kadlecová, Senior Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle, comments: “I am pleased to confirm that with the signing of Bohemia Energy in Palác Archa, Jones Lang LaSalle has simultaneously managed to sign the largest office transaction in the Prague city centre for the year 2009. With this transaction, Bohemia Energy has leased the majority of Palác Archa’s building B. With the previous signing of the company Office House to the project, taking 660 sq m, I can confirm that Palác Archa is surely filling up.”
Jiří Písařík, Chief Executive at Bohemia Energy Entity added: “Palác Archa became our preferred choice due to its expansion options, as well as competitive prices, given its location in the Prague city centre. Having almost the entire building B to ourselves was, undoubtedly, yet another advantage.”
Palác Archa is owned by Orco and consists of five buildings and a courtyard, including two historical buildings designed by the renowned architects Josef Gočár and František Marek. The project, located in Prague 1, totals approximately 23,000 sq m of leasable office space and 2,500 sq m of retail premises. The building also offers 120 underground parking spaces.
