He will focus on further development of consulting services for the production sector. He will capitalise on his long-standing experience from power and engineering companies, where he execute the duties of CEO or board member.
Miroslav managed the transformation process of a number of companies, where he was usually responsible for both a company’s complex changeover as well as for daily operations. He utilised various methods to increase the efficiency of processes, cost and working capital management, lean management, project management, incentive systems, etc. within the overall transformation. In addition to his managerial posts, Miroslav also led several projects in the engineering, insurance and banking industry sectors as an independent consultant.
“I would like to capitalise on the experience I built up while managing manufacturing concerns by helping them to now increase their competitiveness,” said Miroslav.
Miroslav Klose (47) graduated from The Department of Microelectronics, Czech Technical University in Prague and has an MBA degree from UNYP. He undertook a number of secondments focused on the transformation of companies and performance improvement across the EU, US and Japan.
