Deloitte Czech Republic gains strength by establishing a new legal services firm – Deloitte Legal

Deloitte Czech Republic has recently expanded its service offering by setting up a new law firm - Deloitte Legal. The law firm will provide a wide range of legal services to both local and foreign clients, business companies, public authorities, international organisations and foundations.
“It was client demand that shaped our decision to establish a legal office. Thus, we appointed a team of highly professional and experienced Deloitte lawyers, who will cooperate with the Tax, Accounting, Audit, FAS and Consulting functions to guarantee comprehensive services are delivered,” said Jaroslav Škvrna, Partner of Deloitte’s Tax function and leader of the project.
The partners from Deloitte’s Prague office has brought in two skilled lawyers from other Deloitte Legal offices, Alexandru Reff and Robert Pasternak, and appointed Antonín Kazda, a solicitor with a wealth of experience gained in international legal firms, as the senior lawyer of Deloitte Legal.
The professionals at Deloitte Legal, some of whom have graduated from prominent university schools of economics, management, and law, have long-term experience from work in various other functions at Deloitte. The Deloitte Legal team will network with leading solicitor’s offices, as well as other Deloitte functions and offices, to guarantee their clients are provided comprehensive solutions.
