Markéta Mühlhoferová joins the PricewaterhouseCoopers M&A team

Markéta Mühlhoferová has recently added her expertise to the PricewaterhouseCoopers Czech Republic M&A team. Markéta is joining the PwC Prague team after more than 10 years of experience in Investment Banking & Corporate Finance.
Markéta worked on several M&A and capital market transactions; inter alia, she advised clients in most of the realised IPO transactions on the Czech market. Most recently, Markéta worked for PPF ECM Holding, one of the leading real estate holdings in CEE.
“I believe I give trustworthy and faithful advice to our clients thanks to my deep knowledge of corporate finance business, enriched by recent hands on experience in corporate financial management,” said Markéta.
In the past, Markéta (36) worked for PPF Group, ECM Group, Česká spořitelna and Komerční banka. She graduated from the Institute of Economics, Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, Prague, and has her brokerage licence. Marketa’s hobbies are horseback riding, downhill skiing and travelling.
