Jones Lang LaSalle negotiates renewal and expansion of the lease for CA Technologies in The Park

Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that its Tenant Representation team successfully completed the lease negotiations on behalf of CA Technologies in the Czech Republic.
Jones Lang LaSalle assisted CA Technologies, the global software giant with a complete office market analysis, identifying all opportunities and options, conducting and leading the negotiations to achieve best terms and conditions for CA Technologies. Part of the process was to secure additional expansion space for CA Technologies, totalling 7,200 sq m.
Jan Mechl, Senior Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle, commented: “Ironically in times of crisis, it tends to be more challenging and difficult to identify enough quality options and alternatives for bigger sized requirements in A grade buildings, where certain criteria must and need to be fulfilled and secured and still manage to negotiate competitive commercial terms and conditions. The crisis is causing a limitation in fresh supply where large floor plates in prime locations are getting scarce. The floor size and efficiency is only part of the overall evaluation, where location, parking availabilities and access by public transport is also very important. Despite the market situation with a limited number of alternative projects matching CA Technologie’s requirements, in terms of location and quality of the building, we were able to deliver excellent results for CA Technologies.
