His election to this office signifies a deepening of the cooperation between A&D and TIC which started two years ago. Ambruz & Dark provides TIC with legal advisory services in selected important pro bono cases, thus contributing to the creation of a transparent environment in the Czech Republic.
Spáčil graduated from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University, and earned an LL.M. degree at Nottingham Trent University. Since 1997, he has been working for, consecutively, Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ambruz & Dark, where in 2002 he became a partner. He has been focusing on corporate law in particular.
