The Panattoni project is now 100% leased
Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to inform that its Industrial Agency team has let the last unit in the first phase of Panattoni Park Prague Airport - the company Iron Mountain has signed for 2,700 sq m.
Panattoni Park Prague-Airport is a 40-ha area, situated in the close neighborhood of the International airport Prague Ruzyně, by the R6 motorway exit (Prague – Karlovy Vary), connected with the trans-European route E48 in Germany. The park lies only 20 km away from the center of Prague and is excellently connected with the city center by public transport. The major tenants of the park include: logistics services giant - Ceva Logistics, Czech logistics operator - Čechofracht, Domo Service, Time Out and Stokvis Tapes.
