bpv BRAUN PARTNERS expands its team

bpv Braun Partners, the renowned law office and a member of the bpv LEGAL network in Central and Eastern Europe, is announcing the opening of its branch office in Slovakia.

Until now bpv Braun Partners offered its services to Slovak clients through its Prague office, but a growing demand for Slovak legal services brought forward a decision to build up a professional team located in Bratislava. bpv Braun Partners will open its Bratislava office prior to the end of this year and to do so will extend its group of Slovak law experts and introduces new attorneys Petra Lorencová and Rovena Suchánková who will, in the meantime, temporarily operate from the Prague office.

Petra Lorencová has gained broad experience both from renowned Slovak law firms and her individual legal practice. Her expertise in Slovak law covers Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate, Civil, Labour and Administrative laws, Intellectual Property and Trademarks and Law of Exchange and Cheques.
She graduated from the Comenius University in Bratislava, Faculty of Law, receiving a Doctor of Law degree, and received also her Certificate “Introduction to American law” from the John Marshall Law School, Chicago, USA. She is native speaker in Slovak and fluent in English, German and French.

Rovena Suchánková graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Trnava University in Trnava where she also received her Doctor of Law degree. After graduation Rovena worked for renowned Slovak based law firms as well as extending her international professional experience with her internship at a law firm in Italy.
She will cover practice areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Law of Securities, Real Estate and Litigation Law. Rovena is fluent in Slovak, English and Italian
