Jones Lang LaSalle secures Damco for VGP Park Hradec Králové

Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that Damco, one of the world’s leading providers of freight forwarding and supply chain management services, has signed a lease for 13,000 sq m in VGP Park Hradec Králové. Jones Lang LaSalle acted as an advisor on the transaction.

VGP Park Hradec Králové is located in Dobřenice near Hradec Králové (15 km). The total area of the site is more than 135, 000 sq m. The location is easily accessible from the newly finished highway D11. There is also a regular train and bus connection to/from Hradec Králové.
