Jones Lang LaSalle helped secure lease in Galerie Harfa
Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the entry of the quality chocolate shop and cafeteria Cacao Sampaka onto the Czech market. The Spanish franchise will open a 135 sq m chocolate cafeteria in Galeria Harfa in November this year.
Cacao Sampaka is a unique concept of high quality chocolate shop and cafeteria, offering a fine shopping experience at affordable prices. The concept is a combination of chocolate cafeteria and shop with products ranging from a variety of cocoa and chocolate drinks, bonbons, chocolate bars, innovations and related culinary utensils. Cacao Sampaka are the cocoa makers and control the entire process from the selection of the cocoa beans through the production of the chocolate to the packaging, thus ensuring the highest quality of the final product at affordable prices.

Galerie Harfa offers retail premises on three floors with the total area of 49,000 sq m and office premises of 20,000 sq m located in two, ten-storey towers. The centre boasts a special feature of a terrace roof garden accessible from the restaurant and food court with a large playground for children, an ice rink, and water features and multi-media attractions.
