Global law firm White & Case LLP announced today that Tax partner Ales Cechel will be joining Bonatrans Group Holding in an executive management position. Cechel, co-head of the Firm’s Tax advisory practice in Central and Eastern Europe, will be joining Bonatrans Group Holding, a White & Case client, in September 2010.
“Ales is an outstanding colleague and well-respected by his clients and peers. He has helped to build a team of talented individuals who will carry on serving our clients in the highest manner,” said Jan Matejcek, regional section head for Central and Eastern Europe. “The Tax practice in the Czech Republic will continue to be led by Ales Zidek, Tax partner, working closely with Tomas Hlavacek, Tax partner, who both joined White & Case from Arthur Andersen, along with Ales Cechel, in 2002,” added Jan.
For the last couple of years, Ales Cechel has been working closely with Bonatrans Group Holding and his new management role at Bonatrans marks the long-term professional relationship with Bonatrans and its owners.
