After a successful launch of the R.U. SHOP CLOUD 9 Bartending School in May 2010 a new course has been added to the offer of the bartending courses – Mix & Meet.

The course is lead by Master Bartender Roman Uhlíř. It is not only about cocktail mixing and tasting, but mainly about meeting. It targets sociable singles between the age of 30 and 40 years who are looking to meet new friends and perhaps more. Participants will have an opportunity to become bartenders for one day, to meet new people, learn how to mix cocktails and taste the tempting flavors of their creations.
The agenda includes mixing, garnishing, service and tasting, the history of bartending and the preparation of cocktails. The course also includes a cocktail competition and a cocktail after party in Cloud 9 sky bar & lounge with a free drink. Each participant will receive the cocktail recipes and the course completion certificate.
“I am excited about the new course and I believe there is a demand on the market. The combination of a bartending lesson with a meeting opportunity for singles is unique and I am convinced it would work well,” says Master Bartender Roman Uhlíř.
The courses take place on Saturday once a month, from 11 am to 6 pm, on the following dates:. September 18, October 16, November 13 and December 11, 2010. The courses are open to 6 ladies and 6 gentlemen per course and the participation fee including lunch is CZK 2.600 per person.
