Peter Chrenko appointed Leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Controversy and Tax Policy & Administration practices

Peter Chrenko has been appointed leading partner of the PricewaterhouseCoopers Tax Controversy and Tax Policy & Administration practices. Peter worked as the Deputy Minister of Finance responsible for Taxation and Customs for the past three years. Peter has over 20 years of tax and business experience in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. “I believe I will be a valuable partner for our clients to prepare for and manage tax controls, to effectively resolve tax disputes and to provide tax litigation support. I am ready to work on my good relations with the Public Sector, particularly in the area of Tax Policy and Administration, and also to provide assistance to the government in its transformation projects related to public finance reform, which include building the new state treasury as well as the new revenue agency,” said Peter. Peter Chrenko (44) graduated from the Faculty of Law, Comenius University, Bratislava, as well as the School of International Law, Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Peter is married with two children and is fond of sports for the whole family, in particular golf, tennis, skiing, and trekking.
