Randstad CZ acquires Start People Temping Business CZ

Randstad sro has reached an agreement with Start People sro to acquire the temping business of Start People in the Czech Republic. As of September 1st 2010 all temping related activities of Start People sro will be owned by Randstad sro.
The acquisition will expand Randstad´s footprint in the Czech Market by adding 5 new branches in: Ústí
nad Labem, Ostrava, Kutná Hora, Hradec Králové and Brno. Market share will double, making Randstad a
top-5 player in the Czech market.
This major step forward will enable Randstad to capture the arising opportunities and strengthen its
foothold in the Czech Market.
