The Monastery Seasonal Game Menu...

As the autumn chill slowly settles in, another game season begins. A truly special lineup of authentic game dishes has been prepared by The Monastery kitchen to celebrate this yearly occasion.

This year’s menu has been carefully selected and features traditional local delicacies such as fallow deer, venison and wild boar. These primary ingredients originate from the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area, located to the west of Prague in the western part of Central Bohemia. This area was the traditional hunting ground of Czech kings and princes since the Middle Ages.

Our highly qualified partners and suppliers have been providing these premium products since 1990, after the events of the Velvet Revolution.

It is our aim to capture the essence of this culinary tradition and share it with you here in Prague, the heart of Bohemia itself!
