Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that it has strengthened its valuation and office agency departments with the appointment of Robert Brydone and the promotion of Harry Bannatyne.
Robert Brydone joins the valuation team of Jones Lang LaSalle as Head of Valuation for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Robert began his career in Birmingham, England and has over seven years experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Jones Lang LaSalle Robert spent over four years with CB Richard Ellis in the Czech Republic jointly managing their valuation team. In his new role at Jones Lang LaSalle, Robert will be advising established developers, investment funds and banks present in the Czech and Slovak markets. Robert is also a member of the Board of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in the Czech Republic.
In addition to this, the Jones Lang LaSalle office agency team is being strengthened by the promotion of Harry Bannatyne to Senior Consultant. As a consultant and advisor for both Office and Industrial, Harry is responsible for the marketing and leasing activities of various projects in the Czech Republic and has been instrumental in pushing a number of key transactions forward, including Sanofi Aventus, Energizer, LG Electronics, Iron Mountain, Deautche Borse, Baxters and several others. Harry cooperates with both developers and tenants, advising on leasing transactions and acts on behalf of such developers as Real Estate Karlin, Invesco, Avestus, Europolis, CTP, Panattoni, Prologis and Heitman.
