The results of the first competition Daňař & daňová firma roku (Tax Expert & Tax Firm of the Year)

In the first year of this competition, PwC Tax experts occupied one-third of the positions in the dream tax team -- Zuzana Vaněčková for corporate income tax, Ludmila Seidlová for personal income tax, Petra Nováková for tax administration and Tomáš Hunal as a tax hope of the year.
Zuzana Vaněčková, Petra Nováková and Tomáš Hunal were also awarded as the biggest tax stars in corporate income tax, tax administration and one of the biggest tax hopes, respectively.
“Rapidly developing tax legislation and an uncertain economic environment require experts who continuously work on developing their knowledge, are in daily contact with business leaders and who can use their knowledge to help solve commercial problems. We consider the education and support of our people as well as the development of the Czech tax environment as our mission. The proportion of this year's dream tax team is further evidence that we are heading in the right direction,” said Paul Stewart, PwC Lead Tax & Legal Services Partner in the Czech Republic.
The competition Daňař & daňová firma roku (Tax Expert & Tax Firm of the Year) is organised by the company DaněMEDIA s.r.o., and has 12 categories. This competition is the only competition of its kind in the Czech Republic aiming to vote for the best tax companies, teams and personalities and the most helpful financial authorities. In addition to these categories, there are others such as the best lecture in the tax area and the dream tax team.
