Pedersen & Partners, a leading executive search firm is pleased to announce that Andrea Petruskova has recently joined the firm as a Senior Consultant. In her new role Petruskova will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments across Pedersen & Partners’ organisation.
Andrea Petruskova has worked in the executive search industry in the Czech Republic since 2002 and has completed several hundred searches across different sectors. Before joining Pedersen & Partners she worked as an Executive Search Team Leader and was the Country Manager of another executive search firm in the Czech Republic. Prior to starting her executive search career, Ms Petruskova worked in sales with IBM and Siemens Business Services.

Petruskova studied Psychology at the University of Jan Amos Komensky. In addition to her native Czech, she speaks fluent English.
