Cloud 9’s Ginger Rain, a non-alcoholic version of Cloud 9’s signature cocktail Mystic, took the top prize in the Mattoni Grand Night non-alcoholic cocktail competition. Cloud 9 came first among 16 leading bars in the contest, which was held on October 24th. The winning Mattoni-based drink was created by Cloud 9’s Master Bartender Roman Uhlíř.
Ginger Rain won with a wide margin of six points, with Roman finishing top in both the technique and taste categories. In taking the first prize he outperformed the whole Prague bar scene, including Bugsy’s, Be Bop, Bar and Books or La Bodeguita.
