Once again 3M Cesko among the Best employers

For the 4th consecutive year 3M Cesko made it to the Top10 Best employers in the Czech republic according to the ranking published by Aon Hewitt.
This year 3M ranks at the 7th place among small and medium enterprises. Total 71 companies participated in the survey.
Citing official press release from the organisers of this year´s survey: „Employees of the top ranked companies show very high engagement and satisfaction with their employment. Best companies also demonstrate a very high effectiveness of their HR policies, which are aligned with the business goals of the company and are well accepted by the employees.“
