Allen & Overy announces new senior corporate associate, Magda Pokorná

Allen & Overy today announces that Magda Pokorná has joined the Prague office as a senior corporate associate. Magda has over ten years of corporate and real estate experience. Allen & Overy's Prague office now has 3 partners and 30 lawyers.
Prior to joining the firm, Magda was a European Partner at Squire Sanders Dempsey. In her career, she has represented a broad spectrum of clients, international and Czech Republic-based developers, investors (including private funds) and financial institutions.

Magda received her law degree from Charles University in Prague in 2000 and completed LL.M. program at Harvard University in 2002. She was admitted to the Czech Bar in 2004.
