The law firm bnt has a new partner and a new associate

Jan Šafránek has newly become partner of bnt – pravda & partner s.r.o.
He is perfectly familiar with the environment of the firm, having been working there for several years, most recently in the position of senior associate. Jan Šafránek graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. Even during his university studies, he worked for an international law firm, where he specialized in corporate law issues as a junior lawyer upon completing his studies. In addition to the law of companies, he has since 2005 been specializing in complex corporate transformation projects and the legal issues of holding groups. In 2006, he was admitted to the bar. Jan Šafránek's native tongue is Czech, but debating contracts or engaging in commercial negotiations in German is no problem for him.
In addition, attorney-at-law Libor Ulovec has been strengthening the ranks of bnt – pravda & partner since May 2011. Mr. Ulovec graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 1995. He was admitted to the bar as Czech attorney-at-law (advokát) in 2001. He specializes in corporate and commercial law, real estate, electronic communication, administrative litigation, and civil proceedings. He spends his spare time with his family and is among the leading actors of Czech amateur theater. Further, he likes swimming and hiking. His hobbies include classical music and foreign languages.
