UniCredit Bank – Best Bank 2011

UniCredit Bank has been named Best Bank 2011 in the Czech Republic. For the second time in its history, the Bank took first place in the competition regularly announced by financial daily newspaper Hospodářské noviny since 2009.
With this award, UniCredit Bank has confirmed its strong position, thanks especially to such innovative products as the Ground-breaking Mortgage, the level of its services, its dynamically expanding branch network, and favourable financial results. In a comparison of individual criteria and indicators, it clearly was the Best Bank 2011.

We are well aware that earning any award represents a pleasant conclusion to a year of hard work, but to defend a title is all the more demanding. Unicredit Bank’s second Best Bank award in 2011 is proof of our excellent position in corporate banking as well as of the Bank’s successful strategy of expansion into the retail segment. Further improvements in the quality of our services and good financial results also helped us to achieve first place,” stated Jiří Kunert, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of UniCredit Bank.
