Ambruz & Dark Law firm and Deloitte to begin cooperation

Ambruz & Dark Law firm and the audit and advisory firm Deloitte Czech Republic are pleased to announce the start of their cooperation. As a legal firm exclusively cooperating with Deloitte Legal, Ambruz & Dark will become part of Deloitte’s network with effect from 1 July 2011. Concurrently, it will expand its team and open its branch office in Slovakia.
“This step will help expand the scope of legal services that our firm has been providing and will enable us to provide our clients with more comprehensive and effective solutions,” says Miroslav Svoboda, Partner in Deloitte’s Tax and Legal function.
“This is an inherent way of expanding our legal practice, which is being done - perhaps symbolically - in the year in which we are celebrating our 10th anniversary. This change comes as a result of a strategic decision made by Ambruz & Dark’s management, which is primarily driven by further expansion. The existing legal team will expand to include new experienced professionals. In addition, Ambruz & Dark is opening a new branch office in Bratislava to join its existing network of offices in Prague, Brno and Ostrava.
