The cooperating law firms Ambruz & Dark/Deloitte Legal have strengthened their team to include a new lawyer Jaroslava Ignáciková (30).
Jaroslava specialises in commercial law with a focus on management liability and corporate governance. In her career she has been a member of and has led due diligence teams reviewing major Czech companies as part of acquisitions. She graduated from Charles University’s Faculty of Law and also read law and management at the University of Innsbruck. Jaroslava speaks Slovak, Czech, English and German.
