RSM TACOMA is the new name of a major Czech consulting company

RSM TACOMA has become a member of the global independent consulting network, RSM International.
Rebranding took place during the past months and TACOMA has become RSM TACOMA after 18 years.
TACOMA has become part of the world's sixth largest consulting network, changing its name to RSM TACOMA.
“It’s a great satisfaction for us that the high standard of our services was acknowledged and that we joined the elite of global consulting companies. The change to RSM TACOMA is a great success for us and a positive and correct step in our company’s further development. We’re very pleased that we met the demanding criteria for joining this major consulting network,” says Monika Marečková, Managing Partner of RSM TACOMA.
“RSM International is a network of independent companies and therefore I would like to specify that there have been no property changes within RSM TACOMA,” Ms Marečková adds.
“Our objective is to remain “local” from the perspective of understanding the local market and our clients and, at the same time, to use the worldwide network, global opportunities and know-how sharing. Many of our Czech and Slovak clients spread their wings far across our borders and we are pleased that now, thanks to RSM International, we can provide them with the quality of services they are accustomed to around the world,” Ms Marečková comments on the reasons for joining the network.
“It wasn’t easy to say good-bye to the TACOMA brand after eighteen years of its existence in the Czech and Slovak markets. We were convinced that we had to keep the original name in the new one so that the change wouldn’t be so big. But all other things are brand new. We replaced the original wine red colour and the rectangle typical of TACOMA for the representative blue wave of the RSM International network,” Ms Marečková comments on the change of the corporate identity.
RSM TACOMA will continue providing comprehensive services in tax, accounting and payroll, valuation, audit and management consulting. We specialise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and trust services. Nothing will change in respect to our client approach. On the contrary, RSM TACOMA will use its business contacts and opportunities offered by its membership in the global network of RSM International. It will provide its services at the international level and also for foreign clients.
“We are pleased that in three months we managed to carry out the whole rebranding process which included all business, legal, marketing and communication matters. We will still work on the form of our new website in the next few weeks”, comments Romana Káňová, Marketing Manager.
“We aimed the rebranding communication not only at our existing clients but also at potential clients through the media. What was also crucial was our internal communication towards our employees making them realise that our Czech firm became a global network company. As a part of the process of changing to RSM TACOMA we organised events both for our clients and employees,” Ms Káňová adds.
