CMS Cameron McKenna successfully kicked-off a new annual event by organizing a golf tournament at Golf Resort Karlštejn

CMS Cameron McKenna, one of the leading international law firms, successfully kicked-off a new annual event by organizing a golf tournament at Golf Resort Karlštejn last Thursday, 1 September - the CMS MASTERS 2011.
The first CMS golf event at Karlštejn offered an enjoyable sunny day and was attended by representatives from across international and Czech companies, such as Mayfield, Erste Bank, ČSOB, EnerCap Capital Funds, Patria Finance, Equa Bank and Pinnacle, among others. Duncan Weston, CMS Cameron McKenna's Managing Partner, also participated to support the new annual initiative in the Czech Republic.
Up to 30 clients and CMS lawyers competed in seven different categories - among the winners of the main three were Petra Caineová from J&T Bank winning the 1st place in Ladies competition, Marcel Kolesár from CBRE as the winner of men's category with handicap 28-54 and Rudolf Vřešťál from ASB Prague, who won the first men's category with HCP 0-27.9.Additional prizes were won in the Longest Drive - Mens, where Tomáš Vinkler from Trinity Corporate Services won the 1st place, Longest Drive - Ladies with Lenka Vydra Šmídová, Athen's Olympic medalist in sailing, as the winner and, Nearest the Pin, where Helen Rodwell, partner at CMS, won the 1st place. Marek Vydra from Portland Trust, won the 1st place in Stableford Brutto category.After prizes, trophies and an enjoyable evening, participants agreed to come and meet again next year at Karlštejn at the CMS MASTERS 2012.
