Radka Svobodová appointed Head of Valuation at RSM TACOMA

On 1 September 2011 Radka Svobodová, who began her career in the company in 2003, became the new Head of Valuation at RSM TACOMA. Radka will manage 19 experts who are members of the largest expert institution specialised in finance and licensed to provide valuation services in the Czech as well as Slovak Republic
Radka started working for RSM TACOMA while she was studying at the University of Economics in Prague, where she completed a degree in Accounting and Finance Management with a specialization in business and asset valuation.
From 2006 to 2011, she was responsible for the management of the RSM TACOMA team of experts dealing with the valuation of companies and related business consultancy. Radka actively participated in the execution and management of numerous valuation projects, including those for ČEZ, ŠKODA PRAHA, Procter & Gamble Czech Republic, SIEMENS, COLAS CZ, KENVELO Czech Republic, České Radiokomunikace, T-Mobile Czech Republic, A.S.A. Group, PPF Group, CIMEX concern, and many more.

Within the expert institution, Radka specialises in valuations for the purposes of the law of corporate groups and the issue of transfer prices, expert opinions for the purposes of bank financing determining the value of various forms of security, valuation, and value-creating consultancy for the purposes of acquisition.
To date, the expert institution at RSM TACOMA had been managed by Marta Rosová who has gone on maternity leave but, at the same time, remains part of the company management as an RSM TACOMA Partner. „Marta Rosová deserves our sincere thanks for building up the department of valuation and experts which has become one of the leading expert institutions in the Czech Republic,“ added Monika Marečková.
