She has been a member of teams assisting major real estate funds and investment groups on acquisition of office buildings, shopping centres and logistic parks. At CMS, Lucie will continue to advise local and international clients on real estate matters related to their development in the Czech Republic.

The Prague corporate practice was strengthened by hiring Božena Rochfalušiová (25), a recent graduate from Charles University. She is currently pursuing her bachelor degree in economics and also studied at the University of East Anglia in Norwich (UK) where she has extended her knowledge of common law. Božena gained previous corporate law experience at Clifford Chance, Vorlíčková Partners as well as at PRK Partners.
