New contributing Attorney Lukáš Havel and Lawyer Irena Pešlová joined the ranks of Attorneys-at-Law bnt

Mgr. Lukáš Havel is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University, Prague; he also spent a part of his studies abroad, at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität in Bonn (Germany). He has been putting his foreign expertise and his excellent academic results to good use in his work as a practitioner of the law, which focuses on private international law and commercial law.
Mr. Havel primarily advises clients from the energy sector and the pharmaceutical industry. Lukáš Havel is a Czech native speaker, business fluent in German and very proficient in English. Contact: lukas.havel@bnt.eu.
Mgr. Ing. Irena Pešlová graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Economics in Prague, and from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. While still a student, she acquired hands-on experience in an international law firm; since 2010, she has been practicing law as a Lawyer. At the core of her specialization is the law of companies, with special focus on corporate transformations and on collective investment issues. Irena Pešlová is fluent in Czech and in English.
