ASB Group has opened in Prague a Valuation Institute ASB Appraisal, s.r.o..

The recently opened Valuation institute ASB Appraisal, s.r.o. provides its clients with a wide range of expert services, particularly in the valuation of companies, movable property, real estate and processing of expert opinions for litigations.

The Valuation institute is lead by Andrea Paslerová and Petr Šmíd, who both have years of notable experience in valuation and related consulting.

Andrea Paslerová is a Judicial valuator in economics specialized in prices and estimates and a Certified appraiser for real estate. She worked in financial group GES, in the Valuation Department of the Czech Consolidation Agency, in the holding company B.G.M. Managers, s.r.o. as a director of equity participation, and led the Valuation Institute APOGEO Esteem, a.s.. At the Valuation Institute ASB Appraisal, s.r.o. she is responsible for business valuations.

Petr Šmíd gained experience as a broker and a portfolio manager in the capital market. Since 1998 he has been working as a judicial valuator. He also worked on various economic positions in manufacturing companies, such as ŠKODA Steel consortium. From 2001 to 2006 he worked at ING Insurance as a Key Account Manager. He also acted as a CFO at CIAS Holding, a.s. and at AVANT Fund Management investiční společnost, a.s.. At the Valuation institute ASB Appraisal, s.r.o. he is responsible for capital investments.
