A residential project by the Czech developer PASSERINVEST GROUP was completed and officially approved for use in Prague 4 at the end of April. Located at BB Centrum – between Baarova Street, Baar Park, U Michelské školy and Telčská streets, this new development known as Residential Park Baarova consists of three separate residential buildings with a total of 139 apartments.
Each building has separate entrances from the street and the adjacent Baar Park. All the apartments, ranging from 50 to 170 square metres, have a balcony, a terrace or a front garden. Also, every apartment comes complete with a large storage room (6 square metres) in the basement and an underground garage stall. Furthermore, an enclosed courtyard, with water features, full-grown trees, a children’s playground and a rock-climbing wall, has been created between the buildings.
“At present, over fifty per cent of the apartments have been sold in the Residential Park Baarova. What certainly lies behind this achievement is the interesting architectural concept of the project, which is of a natural and smooth passage between the original villa area and the multipurpose BB Centrum complex, along with extremely easy traffic accessibility and an extensive range of shops and services in the area,” says Václav Černý, Sales Manager of the Project, in his comment on the present sales volumes. ”Our clients appreciate especially comfortable housing in the peace and tranquillity, amidst the greenery, and yet within easy reach of the city centre. Moreover, it is regarded as a clear advantage that the complex is enclosed, which enhances the clients’ feeling of comfort and security,” adds Václav Černý.
Apartments currently available have from two to four rooms and a kitchenette. As recent trends suggest that rented housing is in demand, several two-room and tree-room apartments with a kitchenette are intended for rent. They will be made available from this September.
The area where the residential complex has been developed offers a wide range of shops and services, aside from the wellness and fitness Balance Club Brumlovka and a great many restaurants and cafés which can be found in close proximity. There are also health facilities and a pharmacy, a post office (Česká pošta), a nursery and primary school and a recently opened Community Centre. Also, Budějovická Metro Station is within walking distance, or at the first bus stop. ”It is this extensive network of services, extremely easy accessibility, the fitness and wellness Brumlovka Club in proximity and large green areas with water features that set the Residential Park Baarova from the other residential projects in Prague,” adds Václav Černý.
The entire residential complex, designed by a renowned architectural studio known as CMC architects, can be seen on the Open Door Day, organized on Sunday 27 May 2012, from 10 am to 5 pm, when the show apartment will be also ready for viewing.
