Fabric of Another Office Building is Ready in BB Centrum Complex, Prague 4

On Wednesday 25 July 2012, the fabric of another building was completed in the BB Centrum complex, Prague 4 – Michle. This new addition, bearing the name G, will offer another 5,500 square metres of offices and 1,000 of retail space in BB Centrum. The project is being developed by a Czech development company, PASSERINVEST GROUP.
The new office building has been erected in the north-eastern part of BB Centrum, being circumscribed by Baarova and Michelská streets, since October 2011. Aside from modern office and retail area, it offers 148 parking spaces on three underground floors and a 24/7 reception. Building G is scheduled to be completed early in 2013.
The new five-storey office building is – in line with PASSERINVEST Group’s long-term strategy – designed and constructed with careful consideration to the environment and people working there. The building is expected to receive a B Energy label and a BREEAM certificate. (The BRE Environmental Assessment Method is a leading world method for the assessment of buildings in terms of their sustainability.)
Like the other BB Centrum existing buildings, Building G has rich greenery available on charming garden terraces and a large landscaped inner courtyard. Furthermore, the residents are also provided with ample opportunities to relax in a large-scale park with a fountain designed to add some variety to the area, which, being known as Baar Park, was completed at BB Centrum in 2010.
The architectural design of Building G has been created by architects Martin Krupauer and Jiří Střítecký, A8000 studio, and the responsibilities of general contractor have been undertaken by Berger Bohemia.
The wide area where BB Centrum is located boasts extremely easy access and a broad range of shops and services. Aside from schools, kindergartens and a community centre, you can find there a state-of-the-art sports facility (Brumlovka fitness and wellness club), a pharmacy and surgeries. Moreover, a bus service to Budějovická and Kačerov metro stations is readily available as a public transport stop is just outside Building G.
