New Job Promotions At Hilton Hotels In Prague

Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town are pleased to announce the recent promotions of Eduardo Galvao and Luka Ravnikar. Eduardo was promoted to the position of Cluster Director of Sales. He succeeded Matthijs Welle who was appointed the position of Director of Sales Eastern Europe & Russia.
Previous to this promotion, Eduardo acted as an Assistant Director of Sales and dealt mainly with clients from the USA, Middle East and South America, key feeder markets for both Prague properties - Hilton Prague and Hilton Prague Old Town. In his new role, he will be in charge of leading the sales team to achieve their goals in three segments: corporate, leisure and MICE.
Eduardo started his career with Hilton Worldwide in 2002 as a member of the pre-opening team of Hilton Sao Paulo Morumbi in Brazil. Later on, he changed for Hyatt and after three years, he decided to return back to Hilton Worldwide joining the Hilton Hotels & Resorts team in Prague.
Eduardo is a big football fan, as well as traveler and enjoys gathering with friends.
His colleague, Luka Ravnikar was appointed the Cluster Director of Conference & Event Sales and is succeeding Ligia Brasoveanu who joined the team at Hilton Kiev.
Luka studied Hospitality Management in Vienna, Australia and Spain. He joined the Hilton Worldwide in 2008, starting at Hilton Munich in the Elevator General Management fast track program. He continued the program in Hilton hotels in Prague. He went through all hotel departments and worked on various projects. After he finished the education program Luka developed to the Events Manager, then C&E Sales Manager and now to his new position.
Besides his work, Luka likes to ski and he is a food and wine lover.
