New Acquisition Expands CTPark Brno

CTP is pleased to announce the acquisition of expansion land and an existing industrial building directly adjacent to award-winning CTPark Brno. CBRE assisted in brokering the deal.
The property, which was purchased from the company Heitman, will enable CTPark Brno to expand by an additional 20,000 m2 of new A-class buildings.
CTP is already discussing with several potential tenants that have displayed interest in renting space.
The acquisition includes an existing 24,000 m2 production and office facility occupied by Honeywell – already a highly valued and important long-term CTP client with multiple leasehold properties at CTPark Brno.
First launched in 2005, CTPark Brno is home to a multitude of international companies employing a total of over 7.000 staff. In 2011, CTP launched Phase II of the project due to the rapid growth of long-term tenants, including ModusLink, Wistron, Edwards, Acer and others. Within a year, around 100.000 m2 of new buildings have been completed.
