ASB Prague introduces the new Property Management department

The Prague affiliate of ASB Group has been strengthened by the newly formed property management department lead by an experienced Real Estate professional, Robert Skládal.
Robert Skládal has been appointed The Head of Property Management and in his role he will be leading the team of five people with deep experience of trust management and marketing.
Robert has more than 14 years of experience in various segments of Real Estate - development (participating on creation of shopping malls, identifying potential tenants, leasing negotiation) of Olympia Brno, Mladá Boleslav, Teplice,Plzeň and Olomouc, Centrum Chodov, leasing on existing shopping centers – Centrum Černý Most (renewals, re-let) and asset management of MAX shopping centers (Slovakia), IGY České Budějovice, Mall of Plovdiv and Futurum Hradec Králové.
In the past, Robert worked for major companies as Multi Development, Unibail-Rodamco and GE Real Estate.
Forming the new Property management department is a logical step in ASB Group development, bringing the opportunity to provide some of ASB long-term clients with the management of their property portfolio ensuring the comfort of having all the services under one roof, as well as to build a strong platform for new real estate business opportunities.
