PRAGUE – Citibank Europe plc in the Czech Republic has launched a new design of its website that is in line with the global design of Citi. The new site has been introduced during the 200th global anniversary of Citi.
This design has been tested for three month and the survey results showed positive perceptions from both employees and the clients of Citibank. The new look is perceived as friendly and fresh. The popularity of the website has also been confirmed by an increased number of online applications for Citibank’s financial products.
“We believe that the new website design is better arranged and will help our clients easily find all the information about our products and services they are looking for,” said Jan Horák, CEC Product Proposition & Partnership Manager for Citibank.
The change has affected the main pages of all three subcategories of the site: Personal Banking, Citigold and Corporate Banking. The “sign in” feature has been moved to the left side on the homepage. The new site is distinguished by its unification and simplicity, and Citi expects it will support higher sales of products and services.
