Four Seasons Hotel Prague Introduces Special Fall Mushroom and Game Menus in CottoCrudo Restaurant. Business lunch offer and DJ Nights at CottoCrudo are back after the summer holiday.

CottoCrudo restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Prague is introducing new seasonal menus after the summer holiday. Moreover, starting September CottoCrudo will re-launch the popular business lunch menu and DJ Nights in the bar and lounge.

Executive Chef Richard Fuchs has created special menus based on fresh mushrooms and game for fall. "Mushrooms and game are two of my favourite foods, and I was pleased to find fantastic local suppliers. I am sure both Czech clients and Hotel guests will appreciate these fresh delights in addition to our classic CottoCrudo menu."

The Mushroom Menu will be available from September 10 to 30, 2012, and includes roasted pigeon with chantarelles, braised red cabbage and apple wild honey compote; potato gnocchi with wild mushrooms ragout, fresh herbs and Piedmont Castelmagno cheese; braised veal cheek with porcini mushrooms, mashed potatoes and red wine onion comfit; and angus beef fillet with thyme potato galette, sautéed spinach and wild mushrooms sauce.

The Game Menu will be served from October 1 to 30, and offers pan-fried pheasant breast with smoked bacon, corn polenta and leeks; fussily di Napoli pasta with wild boar ragout and pecorino romano; roasted venison loin with juniper, savoy cabbage, bacon and slivovice (plum brandy) sauce; and breaded deer loin with potato salad and home made pickled vegetables.

Starting September 3, CottoCrudo is bringing back its popular business two course lunch menu at CZK 390.00, available in weekdays from 12:00 to 3:00 pm.

Hot Thursday and Cool Friday nights with a live DJ will start again on September 6. DJ Black Jesus and DJ Rikardo will spin their favourite tracks each Thursday and Friday from 9:00 pm till midnight.
