PETERKA & PARTNERS is pleased to announce the opening of an office in Minsk, capital of Belarus.
Located at Surganova 29, 220012 Minsk, the office will provide clients with a full service in all areas of business law, including corporate and commercial law, Belarusian investment and privatisation law, employment law, IP law, banking and finance, real estate and construction law, telecommunication law.
The office, led by recently appointed partner Zdeněk Bajar, starts with three experienced local lawyers. Part of the regional firm, the office is able to draw on experience and human resources from PETERKA & PARTNERS’ other branches.
Ondrej Peterka, managing partner of the firm, states that many clients have shown a strong interest in entering the Belarusian market, and the firm feels the necessity to support them in their development. Belarus is also an indispensable part of the firm’s strategy and will further expand the firm’s regional practice.
