Czech Subsidiary of Pioneer Investments Group Is a New Tenant of Building Filadelfie at BB Centrum Prague 4

Building Filadelfie has had a new tenant since Monday, 24th September 2012, when the Prague office staff of Pioneer Investments Group occupied half an area of the 16th floor, i.e. 865 square metres.

Filadelfie, which ranks among the most modern office buildings, was completed in autumn 2010. With its 17 above ground storeys, it dominates the entire complex of BB Centrum. Aside from a total of 30,500 square metres of office space for rent, the building offers almost 1,000 underground parking places. The whole BB Centrum project has been developed by the Czech developer PASSERINVEST GROUP.

The move to the BB Centrum site, attractively located in Prague 4, is meant to facilitate more effective communication within the UniCredit Group, to which Pioneer Investments belong. UniCredit has run their offices there since the first half of the year 2012.

”Our former address was at a nice locality in Karlín; nevertheless, our sister company, UniCredit Bank, which has already moved into Filadelfie, has very good experience with the conditions offered by this building. It has quality supporting facilities as well as a sufficient capacity for the further development of the Group,” said Roman Pospíšil, CEO, Pioneer Investments CR and SR.

Building Filadelfie, which boasts a prestigious British certificate, BREEAM In Use (Green Building), is currently almost entirely occupied.

ABOUT BB CENTRUM

The large complex of BB Centrum has been developed by the all-Czech developer PASSERINVEST GROUP. The company celebrated the 20th anniversary of its founding in the middle of June 2012. BB Centrum is currently comprised of 15 completed buildings, covering a total area of almost 200,000 square metres. The total investment in the construction of the complex has thus far reached CZK 11 billion, including over CZK 1.05 billion of non-profit investment. BB Centrum also includes an exclusive state-of-the-art fitness and wellness centre known as Balance Club Brumlovka, the Community Centre with a nursery and primary school, and Baar Park, spread over an area of approximately one hectare. In its proximity, another unique project by Passerinvest Group was carried out and approved this April: Residential Park Baarova, with 139 apartments.

The BB Centrum locality boasts extremely easy transport accessibility and excellent amenities. You can find schools, nursery schools and a community centre there, along with restaurants, cafés, modern sports facilities (the fitness and wellness Brumlovka club), a pharmacy and doctors’ surgeries. As a public transport bus stop is situated just outside Building G, you are also provided with a fast service to the Budějovická and Kačerov metro stations. Those working at BB Centrum can also take advantage of shuttle bus service laid on in the May 2007, as agreed with the tenants of the complex.
