Jan Spáčil, an attorney and a partner at Ambruz & Dark/Deloitte Legal has become the new leader of Deloitte Legal Central Europe, a network of firms providing legal services within the Deloitte Group.
Deloitte Legal CE has 19 offices and more than 150 lawyers in Central Europe, thus ranking among the largest organisations in the region, and is a member of the rapidly-developing Deloitte Legal global network.
Jan predominantly concentrates on commercial law, management and corporate liability and corporate governance. He is the leader of the Deloitte Corporate Governance Centre in the Czech Republic and the Chairman of the Management Board of the anti-corruption non-profit organisation, Transparency International Czech Republic.
