Global automotive parts giant takes advantage of prime location at the heart of the Czech auto industry.
CTPark Mladá Boleslav — Construction is underway at CTPark Mladá Boleslav on a 26,000 m2 CTFit production facility for French car component maker Faurecia.
Investment in the project, which includes R&D facilities and 4,000 m2 of office space, is over €22 mil.
Faurecia, one of the world’s largest automotive parts makers, will launch activities at CTPark Mladá Boleslav with the production and design of exhaust elements for passenger cars. Handover is scheduled for April 2013.
With strategic location on the main highway from Prague and less than ten minutes from the Škoda Auto supply gate, CTPark Mladá Boleslav provides ideal access to one of the largest automotive hubs in Central Europe.
CTP acquired the 192,000 m2 site in June 2011 and plans to build an additional 50,000 m2 of A-class facilities at CTPark Mladá Boleslav in the coming years.
All permitting and preparatory work, including utilities installation, has now been completed. Units are available starting from 1,000 m2.
