The menu is based on typical luxemburgish specialities served during the winter season. Green peas often served with sausage and black pudding with potatoes are revisited to modern gastronomic standard. It reflects the association between culture and modern art of living in Luxemburg.
Menu courses will be acompanied with premium Luxembourg wines from Domaine Alice Hartmann. Domaine Alice Hartmann is one of the most traditional Riesling vineyards of Luxembourg, covering a wine growing area of 3,5 hectares.
