Spielberk has BREEAM Excellent and now going for Outstanding

CTP is proud to announce that the newest development in its flagship office project, The Tower at Spielberk Office Centre, was officially awarded the BREEAM Excellent certificate for the design stage, and now going for Outstanding.
This unique achievement, which was possible due to mutual cooperation of CTP and advisors from EC Harris, is not only important for CTP, but also very important for the Czech real estate market. It proves that Czech Republic is ready to meet the highest ecological standards. CTP is proud to be one of the leading developers in this field. We will continue the process for The Tower to get the highest rating for the construction stage – BREEAM Outstanding. The result is expected during the first quarter of 2013, The Tower at Spielberk Office Centre will possibly be the first building in CEE certified with BREEAM Outstanding.
